About the Role

Xe is seeking a highly skilled B2B Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop deep understanding of our brands' target customers and design and test demand generation campaigns.
  • Define and develop campaigns that seek to retain and activate our existing customers, addressing churn and increasing transactions.
  • Manage and optimize paid media budgets and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on targeting and lead generation strategies, and generate inbound leads from platforms.
  • Responsibility for the Hubspot platform, ensuring it is accurate and complete, compliant, and we can track performance effectively.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing campaigns, with a track record of generating high-quality leads and revenue growth.
  • Payments industry or SAAS experience preferred.
  • Experience of paid digital media placement and analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in marketing, STEM, or related field of study.
  • Demonstrated ability to wear multiple hats – hands-on execution, optimization, tactical planning, managing relationships with platforms.
