Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is looking for a Demand Generation & Marketing Automation Manager to oversee the operations and demand generation efforts within our growing department.


Role & Responsibilities:


Demand Generation

  1. Ownership of link-building strategy and SEO
  2. Strategize ways to nurture leads from various channels ensuring a unified approach
  3. Competency of the following KPI’s: website visitors, email click-through rate, keyword rankings, number of leads, & conversion rates
  4. Collaborate with team to monitor and improve upon the brand’s online reputation.
  5. Managing Online Reviews
  6. Engaging with customer feedback on various platforms
  7. Building trust and credibility amount consumers.
  8. Enhancing the Brands online presence.


Division Support / Operations /Management

  1. Manage Loan Officers’ Website
  2. Facilitate creative requests for loan officers & teams
  3. Social Media Management


Marketing Automation

  1. Oversees and manages the email & SMS platform & campaigns
  2. Experienced with platform integrations with Salesforce
  3. Ideal candidate will fully own the email instance including reporting, ROI analysis, managing all aspects of automation programs, and handling one-off emails.
  4. Create and deploy email marketing campaigns
  5. Creating emails using templates, and ensure that all emails templates, and landing pages meet CAN-SPAM, web accessibility, and ADA compliance


Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent business experience required.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a general marketing role.
  3. Ability to manage and understand primary KPI’s to assess marketing and business goals.
  4. Strong analytical skills to make fact-based decisions
  5. Proficient with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua.
  6. Have used CRM tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics
  7. Knowledge of website CMS such as Wordpress, basic understanding of HTML
  8. General understanding of Google Analytics.
  9. Solid organization skills and a results-oriented, collaborative work style.
