About the Role

Pivotal Solutions is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead our technology projects from planning to execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Have a deep understanding of IT and OT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, software, and cloud services.
    • Be proficient in IT service management (ITSM) tools and platforms, such as ServiceNow, Jira, Planner (Project) or Dynamics 365.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver their tasks.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring that the project meets the business needs.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting
    • Develop and implement problem-solving strategies to address technical issues and project roadblocks.
    • Work with the project team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring that the project stays on track.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT and technology projects.
    • Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Skills
    • Strong project management skills, including Agile and waterfall methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
