Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Fundraising Manager to join our team at Rocky Mountain Public Media. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the growth of our digital fundraising and engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective digital fundraising and engagement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase donor engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement digital campaigns that promote donor acquisition and engagement.
  • Partner with external vendors to create and implement digital fundraising and engagement programs.
  • Monitor and analyze program KPIs, revenue, and engagement data to inform future strategies and optimize digital fundraising programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies to ensure our digital fundraising and engagement programs remain innovative and effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and fundraising.
  • Proficiency in email platforms, CMS, digital ad platforms, and CRMs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with external vendors.
  • Experience writing fundraising copy.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools and basic front-end development tech.
Work Environment

This position works primarily in an office environment and requires occasional travel throughout the state and beyond.

Physical Demands

The position requires the ability to lift and carry production equipment up to 50 lbs.
