We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Energy Projects Associate to join our team at Rowan Digital Infrastructure. As a key member of our power infrastructure team, you will be responsible for owning the project lifecycle for reliable and cost-effective infrastructure for our growing portfolio of data center locations.
Key Responsibilities- Project Integration and Energization: Lead overall project integration and energization for utility-owned scope supporting a rapidly growing portfolio of hyperscale data center projects.
- Utility Management: Manage multiple utilities and contractors to deliver power infrastructure.
- Agreement Negotiation: Negotiate and execute project agreements with utility partners.
- Sustainability Partnerships: Partner with customers to achieve energy-related sustainability goals via implementation of renewable technologies for a data center project.
- Communication and Coordination: Coordinate communication and deliverables between utility partners and internal stakeholders.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering or construction management) or at least five (5) years of experience in project management in the data center or energy industry.
- Technical Expertise: At least three (3) years of technical power infrastructure project experience (five years preferred).
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
- Skills and Abilities: Strong project management background, technical expertise related to transmission and distribution infrastructure planning, engineering, construction, and operations, working knowledge of US energy systems and interconnection grids, proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
