Inspiroz, a renowned provider of charter school-focused technology strategy and support, is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our on-site IT support team in Washington, DC. This position requires an individual with exceptional technical skills, outstanding customer service abilities, and excellent communication skills. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations across Inspiroz' portfolio of charter schools.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Windows Systems, Mac Systems, Active Directory, Networking equipment and concepts, and Hardware repairs and installations. A Bachelor's Degree in a Technology-related field or equivalent certifications are also preferred.
