About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Professional to join our team at F2OnSite, the fastest growing IT field services company in the United States. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch hardware support and break-fix services to our clients.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description

  • Provide on-site support for various technology-based products, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Install, migrate, and deploy new hardware technologies, including point of sale systems and LCDs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to meet customer service satisfaction levels and operational metrics.

Requirements

  • Technical school certification or equivalent experience (2-3 years) in IT field.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems.
  • Understanding of ITIL methodologies.
  • A+ certification desired.
  • Maintain required OEM certifications as directed by Management.
