About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers to promote our services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and techniques to improve our customer experience and increase our market share.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of success in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and products.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
