Regional Director of Business Development

KBKG Inc., a Specialty Tax provider, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the South region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including CPA firms, real estate owners/investors, and tax services businesses
- Work directly with business owners and C-level executives to sell tax consulting services, including Cost Segregation, R&D Tax Credits, and Tangible Property Regulations
- Collaborate with KBKG Principals and Technical Management support team to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention by becoming a trusted advisor for clients and referral sources
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Proven sales hunter and closer with 3+ years of outside enterprise sales experience
- Strong discovery and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapid change environment
- Knowledge of territory/accounts assigned preferred
- Experience selling at the C-level, including CFO-level sales
Travel will be required within the territory. The base salary is $100K - $120K, plus commissions.
