About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our retail team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support store management in the execution of administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory levels, and sales data.
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
  • Perform daily cash office functions, including reconciliations and deposits.
  • Support the Operations Assistant Store Manager with scheduling, expense account monitoring, and supply inventory management.
  • Ensure store team members are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
  • 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
