We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional personalized service to our clients and helping them achieve their long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deepen and broaden client relationships through proactive communication and relationship-building activities
  • Identify opportunities to create efficiency and improve processes to enhance client experience
  • Work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Stay up-to-date with current and new office technology to provide exceptional support to clients and colleagues
  • Participate in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events to engage with clients and promote our services
