Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at AppleOne. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in administrative roles and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Greet and assist visitors with a positive attitude.
  • File, scan, and organize documents efficiently.
  • Perform general office duties as assigned.
  • Provide excellent administrative support to the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
