Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Receptionist to support our Corporate Aviation team in Boise, Idaho. As an Aviation Administrative Receptionist, you will provide exceptional administrative support through efficient organization and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and host travelers, visitors, and contractors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Coordinate arrivals of packages, rental cars, and catering with attention to detail.
  • Ensure security protocol is upheld for site access and safety standards are followed.
  • Distribute incoming communications, prioritize tasks, and respond to inquiries through appropriate channels.
  • Assist with organizing team meetings and site events, coordinate catering as needed.
  • Support new employee onboarding activities, including ordering equipment for new hires.
  • Serve as a support liaison to Executive Admins among various departments and sites.
  • Schedule maintenance and repairs for site building, area offices, and equipment.
  • Monitor office supplies and printer items, order as needed.
  • Manage hangar and aircraft stock inventory, organize stock areas, order as needed.
  • Efficiently process expense reports, maintaining a budget-conscious approach.
Aviation Operations Support
  • Utilize PFM-Professional Flight Management software to streamline operations.
  • Maintain passenger PFM profiles and complete timely updates of traveler preferences.
  • Post all flight expenses to PFM records with accuracy.
  • Compile PFM data for business reviews, preparing presentations and reporting documents using Microsoft Office.

Pay Rate Range

$14-15/hr.
