We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Field Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Regional Director of Operations and Franchise Business Consultants, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including franchise owners and employees.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
- Assist in preparing for on-site and off-site meetings, including recording minutes and transcribing as requested.
- Prepare franchise performance reports and provide results to Franchise Business Consultants for follow-up.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Communicate franchise dispatch statuses to the Field Operations team.
- Monitor regional calendars to ensure accuracy and maintain department systems and resources.
- Support the annual APA validation/verification process and communicate any compliance issues with the Regional Director of Operations.
- Assist the Customer Care Center during high call volume.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Administrative/Organization skills, including calendar management and scheduling, filing maintenance and organization, telephone business acumen, and travel planning and coordination.
