Job Title: Administration Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Coordinator to join our team at Massachusetts Manufacturing Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Administration Manager and contribute to the organization's commitment to an efficient and diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Administration Manager
- Update and maintain product listings in Salesforce
- Maintain and update project and account information in Salesforce
- Create Salesforce reports and provide Salesforce data as needed
- Provide Salesforce support to field staff and team members
- Work with Project Managers and clients to obtain Dun & Bradstreet profiles
- Assist other departments with administrative needs, events, or special projects
- Assist with scheduling and communications on related projects
- Conduct outreach and related reporting/tracking for various projects
- Represent MassMEP at events
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years' experience in an administrative support role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
