Job Title: Auto Claims Support Specialist

Join Flexcar, a rapidly growing company disrupting the automotive industry, as an Auto Claims Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our members and internal/external claims and incident partners, providing world-class member service while managing the entire damage recovery process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage incident reports to ensure efficient processing and improve damage fee recovery
  • Consult with members to gather information on their incidents
  • Review claims files, damage assessments, and deductible invoices
  • Act as a liaison between market teams, damage writers, third-party claims administrators, and members
  • Identify escalation paths for fast resolution of claims
  • Process customer billing notifications and invoices
  • Audit claims, invoices, payments, and payment plans
