Auto Claims Support Specialist

Join Flexcar, a rapidly growing company disrupting the automotive industry, as an Auto Claims Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our members and internal/external claims and incident partners, providing world-class member service while managing the entire damage recovery process.
Key Responsibilities:- Triage incident reports to ensure efficient processing and improve damage fee recovery
- Consult with members to gather information on their incidents
- Review claims files, damage assessments, and deductible invoices
- Act as a liaison between market teams, damage writers, third-party claims administrators, and members
- Identify escalation paths for fast resolution of claims
- Process customer billing notifications and invoices
- Audit claims, invoices, payments, and payment plans
- Being a core member of the Flexcar team, making a difference in the lives of our members
- Contribute to the company's financial success by mitigating risk and improving recovery rates

- Previous claims or first notice of loss experience required
