Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at General Builders Supply Inc.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office, including data entry, phone duties, and filing. This is a part-time position, working Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8 am to 1 pm.

Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus, and we offer a casual and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the office team
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently using our internal accounting software and Microsoft Office products
  • Handle incoming calls and messages in a professional manner
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service and data entry experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems and typing
