About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to spearhead our brand-building efforts in the Southern California market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with on and off-premise accounts, customers, and distributor representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales and distribution plans to drive growth, increase category share, and enhance brand visibility in the Southern California market.
  • Maintain and Strengthen Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring brand and channel priorities are aligned.
  • Lead Product Launches and Promotions: Oversee the implementation of strategic programs for product launches, retail promotions, and brand-building activities.
  • Analyze Market Data: Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and allocate resources effectively.
  • Represent the Brand: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, building strong relationships with decision-makers and representing the brand at trade and consumer events.
Requirements:
  • Industry Experience: 10+ years of experience in the alcohol/beverage industry, with a proven track record in on and off-premise sales and distributor management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively, proficient in analyzing market data and crafting actionable strategies, and a deep passion for brand-building combined with a relentless drive to achieve results.
Physical Requirements:
  • Standing and Walking: Spend significant time on your feet, working in retail or conducting field sales.
  • Lifting and Carrying: May involve lifting and carrying product samples up to 50 lbs.
  • Driving: Spend a significant amount of time driving.
