Position Overview
The Clearance Center Associate is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Clearance Center, aiming to meet set objectives related to sales, post-retail activities, waste management, customer service, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to customers and colleagues.
- Assist in managing auctions and vendor accountability.
- Facilitate the movement of merchandise from the dock to designated areas as instructed.
- Rotate inventory in the Outlet Store according to the schedule.
- Process items for salvage as directed.
- Support the upkeep of structural, electrical, and store equipment, as well as landscaping.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Accurately operate the cash register.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Undertake additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Flexibility in work shifts and willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Must be free from substance abuse.
- Understanding of Goodwill's mission and commitment to its values.
- Adherence to Goodwill's principles of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence.
Pre-Employment Requirements
