Position Summary:
We are in search of a proactive and strategic individual to spearhead our Human Resources division as the Human Resources Manager. This pivotal role involves overseeing all facets of HR operations, including talent acquisition, benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee relations.
As an integral part of our organization, you will be dedicated to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, upholding compliance with regulations, and cultivating a positive workplace atmosphere that enhances employee engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute HR initiatives and programs through effective leadership and innovative problem-solving.
- Establish departmental goals and facilitate performance review processes.
- Oversee HR sections on corporate platforms, including recruitment, workplace culture, and employee data management.
- Devise recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent and manage the hiring process.
- Conduct interviews for critical roles and provide HR support to leadership.
- Enhance employee relations and advocate for a positive organizational culture.
- Assist in benefits administration and address employee inquiries efficiently.
- Guide and mentor managers on effective communication and staff interaction.
- Investigate employee issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Experience in remote work settings is advantageous.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold integrity in all HR matters.
