Job Title: Director, People and Culture

Job Summary:

The Director, People and Culture will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives that drive business results and support the organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the talent acquisition and development process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in talent acquisition, development, and employee relations.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
