Business Development Manager for Multi-Dwelling Unit Sales

Fastwyre Broadband is a leading provider of state-of-the-art broadband services seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in the multi-dwelling unit (MDU) market.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MDU property owners, developers, and property managers
- Identify opportunities to market Fastwyre's services to new and existing MDU communities
- Negotiate agreements, including bulk service arrangements and property access agreements
- Market Development:
- Conduct market research to identify potential MDU customers and build a pipeline of sales opportunities
- Attend and represent Fastwyre at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and drive leads
- Customer Experience:
- Act as the main point of contact for MDU clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle and beyond
- Address client concerns promptly and coordinate with internal departments for resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in sales, with a preference for telecommunications, broadband, or related industries
- Knowledge of the MDU industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into value propositions for customers
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
