Print Operations Manager

Jostens is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in Sedalia, Missouri. In this critical role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Printlynx Commercial Print team, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient production processes. To excel in this position, you'll need 5+ years' experience in customer service, coupled with a solid understanding of sales techniques, cash handling, and math skills. Familiarity with the full MS Office suite and in-depth knowledge of Sedalia product offerings and production processes are also essential.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise the Printlynx Commercial Print team
- Ensure effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with Accounting for month-end billing and financial management
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years' Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Solid cash handling and math skills for estimating
- Working knowledge of full MS Office suite
- In-depth knowledge of Sedalia product offerings
- In-depth knowledge of Sedalia production processes
- Pleasant and professional telephone presence
$55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
