Job Summary

The Digital Sales Operations Manager will work closely with the Digital and Linear Sales teams at NBCUniversal to develop and execute custom digital sales opportunities for advertisers. This role will support Account Executives and other key players to drive revenue growth and ensure the successful fulfillment of digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aid the sales force in the overall RFP and pricing and planning process, including analyzing available inventory to provide sellable digital media proposals to agencies and direct advertisers.
  • Create template media plans for both custom and off-the-shelf marketing ideas.
  • Use Wide Orbit Traffic and Operative One's Finance module to book, bill, and invoice digital campaigns.
  • Work in Operative One to book and manage digital campaign products.
  • Manage live campaigns by monitoring pacing and delivery.
  • Develop strategic reallocation and optimizations for live campaigns.
  • Coordinate with AEs on development of renewal strategies based on client/program insights.
  • Work with the traffic/operations team to schedule, traffic, and implement advertising programs.
  • Pull screenshots, provide campaign pacing and reporting updates to Sales Account Executives on all active campaigns.
  • Deliver superior customer service by making performance recommendations and optimizations.
  • Monitor first and/or third-party impression metrics to ensure full delivery.
  • Book and manage contracts in Operative One/Wide Orbit, our finance invoicing system.
  • Actualize billing each month and work with finance to adjust billing and provide clients with accurate invoicing.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital sales support, preferably within operations org.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Operative One, or similar Order Management System.
  • Familiarity with ad serving systems (FreeWheel, DFP).
  • Familiarity in Excel.
  • Understanding of digital billing and invoicing.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Post Sales operations expert.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and inventive.
  • Flexible and able to quickly adapt to change.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in Excel, including building custom reports, managing/analyzing large sets of data, pivot tables, and x-lookups/v-lookups.
Eligibility Requirements
