Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Benefits & Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the employee experience, managing benefits, and supporting HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve job satisfaction and retention.
  2. Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  3. Collaborate with HR teams to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other development opportunities.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
