Masters Gallery Foods is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the direction and management of Warehouse Operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through work practices congruent to Masters Gallery Foods\u0027 performance metrics, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise all Warehouse Department activities.
  • Measure productivity of direct reports and hold them accountable for meeting required performance standards.
  • Ensure all receiving and shipping is completed by required times to facilitate order compliance.
  • Develop direct report through training, effective communication, and general accountability.
  • Communicate professionally in a timely manner with Internal and external customers.
  • Gather data, prepare reports, analyze, problem solve, and provide findings to various customers.
  • Conduct investigations to identify problem sources and make decisions regarding solutions to those problems.
  • Perform annual reviews on Warehouse team members.
  • Share resources with production and quality and act as a team member in serving the customer.
  • Comply with safety, attendance, and performance measures.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Supervisory Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Five plus years of experience in a progressively responsible Warehouse position preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources related laws and regulations.
  • Requires a high level of confidentiality.
