Job Summary

Sartori Company is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in administering our Total Rewards package and ensuring the well-being of our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage our team member benefits programs, including health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to team members, responding to benefits inquiries, enrollment, and changes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with benefit providers to resolve issues and ensure timely and accurate processing of benefit transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in benefit and leave regulations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Manage Sartori's leave process, including documentation, certification, and tracking of leave usage, ensuring compliance with FMLA regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including salary reviews, merit increases, and incentive plans.
  • Conduct salary surveys and analyze market data to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure understanding of benefit plans, eligibility criteria, and leave policies.
  • Maintain accurate team member records and databases related to benefits enrollment, FMLA leave, and other leave programs.
  • Generate reports and analyze data related to benefits utilization, FMLA usage, and leave trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefit and leave administration.
  • Proficiency with HRIS/HCM benefits administration and reporting experience, with UKG experience preferred.
  • Experience administering and analyzing compensation programs is highly desirable.
