About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at 1 Hotel Central Park. As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will play a key role in leading and inspiring our service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train, supervise, and mentor new hires to ensure they are equipped to provide outstanding service to our guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations, guest engagement, and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a front office supervisory role, preferably in an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of front office operations, including guest service, revenue management, and financial analysis.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
