- Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to develop and implement corrective action plans to address any issues.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in a related field preferred.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in a related field preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $108,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
