Key Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Treat guests with courtesy and respect in a variety of situations, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Leadership: Supervise the Front Office Department, including Lobby Hosts, and conduct pre-shift meetings to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with staff using tools such as development reviews, training, departmental orientation, and monthly departmental meetings.
- Team Development: Motivate and develop team members, maximizing their potential and ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Revenue Management: Maximize room sales, room revenue, and profit, ensuring the hotel operates within acceptable profit margins.
- Emergency Response: Respond immediately to all emergency situations, complete necessary incident reports, and follow up with guests and staff.
- Education: Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance, typically equivalent to a Hospitality Diploma or Degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a management position, preferably in hospitality or customer service.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
