Position Overview:

The Senior Billing Analyst plays a pivotal role in the operational dynamics of the business development team, focusing on substantial partner accounts. This position involves close collaboration with insurance providers, legal firms, and members of the Commercial Incident Response team to facilitate client billing and onboarding processes. Responsibilities include monitoring, managing, and enhancing partner engagement metrics, as well as organizing payment contact information to optimize accounts receivable and financial reporting for the Incident Response sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present monthly budget reports for partners.
  • Review and analyze collection forecasts, providing necessary contacts for payment.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for clients, ensuring meticulous tracking of all insurance and claim details within Salesforce.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with partner contacts, delivering exceptional service.
  • Identify and manage historical contact information and assist in the collection of outstanding balances as required.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to support business growth and development.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, administration, and operations.
  • Proficiency in accounts receivable management.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred.

Compensation Structure:

Compensation at Booz Allen is based on various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected salary range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 annually.
