Position Overview:
The Senior Billing Analyst plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of the business development team, focusing on key partner accounts. This position involves collaboration with insurance providers, legal firms, and internal teams to deliver comprehensive client billing and onboarding services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accounts receivable.
- Track and analyze partner engagement metrics to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of payment contacts to facilitate efficient financial reporting.
- Prepare and present monthly budget reports, including collection forecasts.
- Assist in identifying suitable contacts for payment inquiries and manage client onboarding effectively.
- Utilize Salesforce to track all insurance and claim details, ensuring data integrity.
- Foster strong relationships with partner contacts, delivering exceptional service.
- Address historical contact information and assist in the collection of outstanding balances as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as required to support business growth.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, administration, and operational roles.
- Proficient in accounts receivable processes.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- High School diploma or GED is required.
