Position Overview:
The Senior Billing Analyst plays a pivotal role in the operational framework of the business development team, specifically focusing on major partner accounts. This position requires collaboration with insurance providers, legal firms, and various members of the Commercial Incident Response team to deliver comprehensive client billing and onboarding services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance the billing process for partner engagements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update partner-related engagement metrics and payment contact information to facilitate smooth accounts receivable operations.
- Generate monthly financial reports for partners, analyze collection forecasts, and assist in identifying appropriate contacts for payment inquiries.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, meticulously tracking all insurance and claim information within Salesforce.
- Foster strong relationships with partner contacts, delivering exceptional service and support.
- Identify and manage historical contact data, assisting with the collection of overdue balances as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as required to support business growth and operational development.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, administration, and operational roles.
- Proficient in accounts receivable processes.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- High School diploma or GED is required.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operational initiatives effectively.
- Creative problem-solver with a knack for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
