About the Role

Arcfield is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Integration Solutions: Design, develop, and implement technical solutions to integrate applications across the enterprise or its units/departments.
  • Evaluate and Integrate Systems: Evaluate existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and ensure final solutions meet organizational needs.
  • Troubleshoot and Debug: Troubleshoot and debug system issues to increase performance and quality of data.
  • Document and Optimize: Document and create visual representations of systems and their inputs and outputs. Optimize maintenance and deployments to ensure integrated functioning.
  • Partner with Delivery Teams: Partner with delivery teams to proactively ensure system integration, verification, and validation.
  • Provide Recommendations: Provide recommendations with respect to requirements management activities.
  • Manage Configuration: Generate reviews, revise, update, and maintain configuration. Assist development, quality assurance, and engineering.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with engineers, development, users, and management to coordinate changes.
  • Define and Implement Configuration Management: Define and implement the applicable level of configuration management for configuration items.
  • Prepare Reports and Metrics: Prepare configuration management activity/status reports and metrics for project meetings and reviews.
  • Audit Configuration Items: Audit configuration items to verify conformance with specifications, drawings, and interface control documents.
  • Analyze Impacts: Analyze impacts to systems performance, sustainment, and supportability of the systems during all stages of the acquisition life cycle.
  • Plan and Execute Configuration Management Activities: Plan, prepare, and execute configuration management activities and products in support of required audits and milestone events.
Qualifications
  • Must Possess and Maintain a TS/SCI
  • Demonstrated Experience: Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a willingness to assist and support teams with evolving requirements and objectives.
  • Strong Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical abilities and skills in organizing, planning, communicating, and executing project management tasks.
  • Ability to Analyze and Prioritize: Ability to analyze and prioritize tasks, solve problems, work several tasks concurrently, and efficiently manage a high volume of emails.
  • Proven Ability to Work Independently: Proven ability to work independently while also coordinating, collaborating, and liaising with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ability to Develop and Maintain Relationships: Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with officers at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated Good Judgment: Demonstrated good judgment, initiative, and critical thinking ability to take action to execute mission by leveraging networks and drawing on multiple areas of expertise.
  • Ability to Support Multiple Programs: Ability to support multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated Experience with Technical Project Management: Demonstrated experience with technical project management and leading implementation of new technologies into enterprise systems.
  • Extensive Experience Preparing Briefings: Extensive experience preparing briefings and documentation for all levels of audiences.
  • Ability to Translate Technical Information: Ability to translate technical information and communicate it to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-Starter with Strong Initiative: Self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through.
  • Expert Level Skills with Microsoft Office Products: Expert level skills with Microsoft Office products.
  • Education Requirements: BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5
