Job Summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a highly skilled Senior Resource Planning Specialist to support the ACC IBS Exec Support Program at Langley AFB. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, budgeting, and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses of investment programs and budget development for the IBS EA Enterprise.
  • Assist in planning and organizing activities of the IBS enterprise, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
  • Provide input on IBS policies, programs, and budget items that impact the IBS worldwide enterprise.
  • Manage and execute two portfolios, including operating budgets with Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Research and Development (R&D), and Procurement funds.
  • Perform program and resource management functions to effectively plan, program, budget, and execute DoD Appropriations.
  • Serve as the focal point for budget development, financial execution analysis, and process quality and efficiency analysis for the IBS EA Staff portfolio.
  • Communicate budget analysis results through oral presentations and written technical reports.
  • Advise on the management of Government Purchase Card (GPC), Commander's Resource Information System (CRIS), Financial Management Suite (FM Suite), and Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS).
  • Assist in monitoring Defense Travel System (DTS), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)/Join Appointment Module (JAM) to administer by-law programs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in financial management related roles.
  • Prior experience in Integrated Broadcast Systems (IBS) related roles.
  • Active Top Secret DOD Clearance or eligibility for Top Secret clearance.
  • BS/BA degree desired but not required.
