Position Overview:
The Senior Billing Analyst plays a pivotal role in the operational aspects of business development for key partner accounts. This position involves collaboration with insurance providers, legal firms, and various team members within the Commercial Incident Response unit to facilitate client billing and onboarding processes. Responsibilities include monitoring, managing, and enhancing partner engagement metrics, as well as maintaining accurate payment contact information to optimize accounts receivable and financial reporting for the Incident Response sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate monthly budget reports for partners and evaluate collection forecasts.
- Assist in identifying appropriate contacts for payment processing.
- Oversee the onboarding of clients and meticulously track all insurance and claim details within Salesforce.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with partner contacts, delivering exceptional service.
- Identify and manage historical contact information, aiding in the collection of overdue balances as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as required to support business growth and development.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, administration, and operational roles.
- Proficiency in accounts receivable processes.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- High School diploma or GED is required.

- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute operational initiatives efficiently.
- Creativity and resourcefulness in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Capability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and enhance process efficiencies.
