Position Overview:

The Senior Billing Analyst plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of the business development team, focusing on significant partner accounts. This position requires collaboration with insurance providers, legal firms, and various team members within the Commercial Incident Response division to deliver exceptional client billing and onboarding services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track, manage, and enhance partner engagement metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of payment contacts to optimize accounts receivable and financial reporting for the Incident Response sector.
  • Generate monthly budget reports for partners and evaluate collection forecasts.
  • Assist in identifying appropriate contacts for payment processes.
  • Oversee the onboarding of clients and meticulously track all insurance and claim information using Salesforce.
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with partner contacts, ensuring a premium service experience.
  • Identify and manage historical contact information and support the collection of overdue balances as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business growth and development.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, administration, and operational roles.
  • Proficient in accounts receivable management.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • High School diploma or GED is required.

Compensation Structure:

Compensation at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 annually. This range represents the typical salary for this role and is one aspect of Booz Allen's comprehensive compensation package.
