  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting policies and procedures, and implement them as necessary

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting role
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting
  • Problemsolving and analytical skills to resolve issues or discrepancies
