Role Overview
As a Senior People Business Partner at AlphaSense, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth strategy. Reporting directly to leadership, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement people systems that drive revenue excellence. With 8-10+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a high-growth tech company, you will leverage your expertise to cultivate strong performance and engagement, coach managers, and drive organizational plans that deliver on business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong performance and engagement through effective talent management strategies.
  • Coach managers to enhance their skills and abilities, ensuring they can effectively lead and develop their teams.
  • Develop and implement organizational plans that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Support managers through core people processes, such as annual compensation reviews, growth reviews, and performance management.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes surrounding performance management, employee relations, career/leadership development, compensation, and retention.

Requirements:
• 8-10+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a high-growth tech company
• Proven knowledge of principles & practice of HR, including employment law & compliance requirements
• Strong ethics, demonstrated discretion, and sound judgment while working with sensitive and confidential information
• Proactive attitude with a desire to continuously learn and grow while helping others do the same
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, using it to help business leaders better understand workforce needs and incorporate results into workforce strategy and planning
• Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience
