As a Talent Success Manager, your primary focus will be on ensuring the success and satisfaction of the various talent groups that engage with the Gloat platform, while also fostering the overall Gloat talent community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries from Gloat's users.
  • Guide talent through the hiring process on the Gloat platform.
  • Initiate, organize, and participate in various events and conferences.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Gloat and utilize your network and local events to enhance community engagement.
  • Support and oversee Gloat's AI-driven decisions, ensuring a human touch based on your recruitment experience.
  • Act as the representative voice of talents on the Gloat platform, communicating insights to the product and engineering teams.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a technical recruiter within a technology or startup environment.
  • Proficient understanding of various coding languages and technical stacks; coding ability is not required.
  • A personable individual with excellent communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a small, highly effective team and is adaptable as the company grows.
