Job Title: Director of Talent Management

At SEO (Sponsors for Educational Opportunity), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Talent Management to join our People and Culture team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organization's success by developing and implementing strategic talent management initiatives.

About the Role:

The Director of Talent Management will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of talent management strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This will include:

  • Developing and implementing talent management programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and development
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to identify talent management needs and develop solutions
  • Leading the design and delivery of training programs to develop the skills and competencies of employees
  • Developing and implementing succession planning and leadership development programs
  • Providing coaching and guidance to employees to support their career development and growth
About SEO:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum 10 years in an HR Generalist role with evidence of progressive responsibility and autonomy
  • Direct experience within a non-profit organization is desired
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience required
  • HR certification is required
