Compensation:
$65,000 annual salary plus bonus potential.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance of your field team utilizing the Peak Sales model, which includes in-store visits, performance assessments, collaborative selling, and other evaluations as necessary.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to team members to enhance their skills in alignment with overall program objectives.
  • Manage program direction and development; oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely creation and dissemination of reports, including field feedback, activities, and competitive insights.
  • Coordinate training for new hires and manage staffing and scheduling of top talent in your area.
  • Analyze market, territory, and store-level performance, collaborating with team members to develop action plans that drive results.
  • Recommend enhancements to services and products to maximize the sales potential of field representatives.
  • Achieve KPIs and consistently strive to meet sales objectives and program goals. Convert client interactions into sales by thoroughly understanding the features and benefits of our solar products.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor while representing our company.
  • Travel within your designated market up to 70% of the time.
  • Complete all administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by management.

Your Qualifications:

Experience and Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail management, field management, or territory management; prior experience in a field sales or retail environment is advantageous.
  • Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is highly desirable.
