About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized IT Project Manager to lead the successful execution of various IT projects. As an IT Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all business requirements.

You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. This includes providing financial and administrative oversight, as well as reporting, monitoring, and evaluation of open IT projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans using industry-standard methodologies.
  • Manage project resources, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring team members meet deadlines.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Proactively communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including potential roadblocks and course corrections.
  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear and concise project documentation.
  • Manage project budgets and track expenditures.
  • Monitor and control project quality to ensure deliverables meet all requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
  • Stay up to date on the latest IT project management tools and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience managing projects involving multiple IT domains and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
