Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Director of People, Diversity, and Inclusion to oversee all aspects of HR for our LA and NY properties. This is a unique opportunity to build a world-class People Ops function from the ground up and drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to foster a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
  • Manage a team of HR professionals and foster a culture of respect and empathy
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive business outcomes and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Develop and manage HR-related budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability
  • Facilitate employee relations activities, including internal audits and disciplinary meetings
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a People leadership role, preferably in a creative or collaborative environment
  • Strong knowledge of People functions, employee relations, operations, DEI, and hospitality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
What We Offer
