Job Summary:

The Center for Human Development is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that individuals are assigned a Care Coordinator within five business days and verifying their eligibility for services with MassHealth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify enrollee eligibility for services with MassHealth
  • Utilize various avenues to obtain updated or confirm contact information for enrollees
  • Initiate recruitment contact with enrollees through phone calls, text/emails, or mailing letters
  • Introduce enrollees to the ICP program and provide them with a handbook and participation form
  • Assign enrollees to appropriate teams and care coordinators using the enrollment care coordinator availability list
  • Schedule initial visits for Care Coordinators

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of MassHealth's Community Partners program
  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
