Your Role in Action
  • Supervise and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to our team members, ensuring the implementation of ABA services that meet the highest standards.
  • Craft Customized Plans: Develop and monitor behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs, leveraging your creativity and analytical skills.
  • Analyze Effectiveness: Compile data and create graphs to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and skill assessments, informing decision-making and optimizing outcomes.
  • Empower Staff and Parents: Engage with our dedicated staff and provide them with valuable training and support, while also interacting with parents to ensure that skills learned are effectively maintained and refined in the home environment.

Your Skills and Talents
  • Master's Degree in ABA: A preferred qualification, but current enrollment in a Master's program will be considered.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst: A preferred certification, but Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst will be considered.
  • Problem-Solving and Leadership: Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong leadership skills, and a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Empathy and Clinical Skills: Show empathy, patience, and compassion for children and families, while possessing exceptional clinical skills in conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
  • Communication and Knowledge: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of best practices in providing ABA services for children with autism, including familiarity with CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.
