Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at DelMonte Hotel Group. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping, laundry, and bistro departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff: Directly supervise and manage a team of housekeeping, laundry, and bistro staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our hotel facilities, including rooms, halls, and lobbies, to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Manage Departmental Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping, laundry, and bistro departments, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Work closely with our front desk and guest services teams to ensure that our guests are satisfied with the services they receive.
  • Manage Departmental Budgets: Manage the budgets for our housekeeping, laundry, and bistro departments, ensuring that we are operating within our means and making the most of our resources.
  • Develop and Implement Policies: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that our hotel operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including housekeeping, laundry, and bistro services.
