Overview:
As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our hotel rooms and facilities, ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform thorough cleaning of bathrooms, including tubs, toilets, sinks, and mirrors, using appropriate cleaning tools and agents.
2. Follow established cleaning protocols and guidelines for the use of cleaning products.
3. Change bed linens and make beds, which may involve lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
4. Dust and clean all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and window ledges.
5. Vacuum rooms and dispose of trash effectively.
6. Restock guest room supplies, linens, and amenities as needed.
7. Manage room keys and ensure rooms are inspected for cleanliness and readiness.
8. Adhere to attendance policies and maintain regular availability for shifts.
9. Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
1. Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks, including scrubbing and lifting.
2. Willingness to assist colleagues and work collaboratively as part of a team.
3. Familiarity with cleaning agents and equipment operation.
4. Capability to handle equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Adaptability in communication style to engage effectively with various audiences.
