About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Directly supervise and develop a team of maintenance employees, providing guidance and resources to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Project Management: Manage maintenance projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and quality-conscious manner, meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to resolve ongoing problems, implement new procedures, and develop new plans and designs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in dairy manufacturing plant maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years of significant, direct, and practical maintenance management experience in the food/beverage, consumer products, or manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Knowledge of factory automation, including PLC and HMI programming, network configuration, and servo systems. Additionally, knowledge of boiler operation and steam generation, wastewater treatment, and sanitary welding, HVAC systems, air compressors, and electrical systems.
Preferred Skills
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems, specifically Excel, Word, and SAP.
  • Leadership and Organizational Skills: Ability to organize time, energy, and resources effectively to achieve goals, including organizational skills and knowledge of principles and practices of supervision, training, and personnel management.
Compensation

The salary for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
