Aalis Management Consulting is a leading provider of management consulting services, driven by a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering high-quality results. We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin English Bilingual Legal Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support to our clients, with a focus on the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). This will involve conducting research, analyzing data, and drafting reports to support our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis on legal matters related to the USMCA
  • Draft reports and memoranda summarizing research results
  • Review and analyze documents for identified subject matter
  • Occasional translation of research results into English
  • Scan and file images of documents as appropriate
  • Assist in the creation and updating of tracking logs
  • Review, summarization, and preparation of documents
  • Assist in various litigations
  • Fact and citation check
  • Prepare evidence

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a legal analyst
  • Ability to research in English, with proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
  • Other languages include, but are not limited to, Korean, French, Spanish, Turkish, German, and Russian
  • Ability to pass a USTR-administered language proficiency assessment
